With hundreds of finished products and over 1500 intercooler cores, radiator cores, and oil cooler core slabs, you can be confident that CAC Turbo Intercool Ltd. can manufacture and deliver your desired product in a timely manner. In fact, in most cases it takes our team less than 2 hours to recore and assemble the product if it is not already in stock. If in the rare event that we do not have the required core in stock, we give the client the option of ordering it, with an approximate turnaround time of 7-10 business days.

At CAC Turbo Intercool Ltd. we offer both welded tube/fin and bar and plate cores for our products. Our tube/fin design is manufactured to OEM standards and is covered under our 1 year warranty. For heavy duty/industrial applications, we offer clients our bar and plate design. Not only is this variant more durable and less likely to sustain damage from rocks and debris, but it also provides greater heat rejection than its counterparts. Our bar and plate design is guaranteed to last and is covered under a 2 year warranty. We also offer customers the option to convert welded tube to bar and plate at their request.



Free Flow Design vs. Wave Fin Design

W.A.V.E Technology | Wide Area Vane Effectiveness This is the ultimate combination in strength and effeciency in heat exchanger cores. This unique pattern was designed to maximize the cooling by utilizing the most surface area possible in a given space. This wave design decreases temperatures by as much as 10%-20% over a free flow tube design. Due to this W.A.V.E technology, engine temperatures are decreased, and engine performance is increased along with gas mileage.
