Rebuilding for less!

Our Thermo-Seal technology allows us to restore and rebuild your current or old charge air cooler. The Thermo-Seal technology we use re-seals the tube to header joints making them stronger than OEM standards and preventing any premature leaks and cracks. Our rebuild process includes extensive underwater testing to determine possible leaks, sand blasting to restore the unit to its original state, and defect correction to repair brackets, holes, and cracks. The unit is then sealed with aerospace grade epoxy and baked in our industrial curing oven. Finally, the unit is detailed and given a fresh coat of paint to complete the rebuild procedure.  Each newly rebuilt unit is guaranteed to be leak free and is covered under our 1 year warranty.
